Mohammed is the Chief Executive Officer of WAMID (Tadawul Advanced Solutions), an innovation and technology arm of the Saudi Tadawul Group. Mohammed carries a wealth of knowledge related to Capital Market, Banking, and Technology. Mohammed led the design and implement of robust and integrated strategy to generate revenue within a short time while enhancing the group execution capabilities and building a high-caliber team. Also, Mohammed led the first acquisition transaction for Saudi Tadawul Group (DFN Mubasher). He serves on several Board of Directors and Board committees, including Risk Management, Information Technology, and Audit.

Previously, he was the Managing Director, Head of Securities at SNB Capital (May 2014 – April 2021), Mohammed introduced a client-centric approach, redefined business strategy, and increased business line profitability. In addition, he introduced new products that contributed significantly to total company revenue. The securities division during his tenure contributed significantly to the total company revenue and achieved the highest asset management net sales since its inception. 

Prior to that, he was appointed as a Corporate Business Development Manager at SNB, where he managed to increase the commercial segment profitability and cross-sell ratio. In 2008, he was promoted to Head of Affluent Segment; retail Banking. 

He holds a bachelor's degree from the King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM). He has completed a General Management Program Certificate (Executive Education) from Harvard Business School in 2019. He is married and with three children.

As a founding team member of DirectFN/Mubasher group, Afaq Khan has over seventeen (17) years (Y2026-Y2024) leading roles in building DirectFN Ltd. Recently served the role of acting CEO, and previously deputy CEO and General Manager, and Chief of Sales. Spearheaded establishing DirectFN as a brand name recognition and an industry-wide leader with relevant-innovation as value-drive. Since inception, he had been at the forefront of DirectFN’s business development and revenue recognition, as DirectFN realized three -to-four times (3X-4X) overall revenue growth realizations. Established DirectFN Financial Technology (FinTech) line of business, alongside Financial Content (FinCon). He led Consultative - Business Design engagements especially with FinTech business-line across MENA (Saudi, UAE, Kuwait, Oman, Morocco) and Asia (Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Philippines). Directed strategies to reach 100+ clients with five-times ( 5X) growth (Y2010-Y2024) and wining strategic projects. He brought unique value and perspective with self-done presentations, having both creativities together with business acumen. He mastered the art of visualization of complex problem-solving, as well as engaging and enchanting live public-speaking . He helped DirectFN team developing strategies and long-term business planning with clear go-to- new prospective markets ; scaling-up with priority markets and performing competitive analysis, bringing innovative ideas, and getting results accomplished. 

Before DirectFN he worked with Enterprise Application based business-automation ( ERP, ECM, EPM), and holds cybersecurity knowledge with over 12 years focused ICT experience. He held gold medals in both Masters as well as Bachelor degrees together with PgD. in Computer Science.

Ehab is the Global CFO at DirectFN, a subsidiary of the Saudi Tadawul Group (Saudi Stock Exchange), based in Riyadh. With over 23 years of extensive experience, Ehab has a proven track record in leading financial strategies and business transformations. His expertise spans across major financial hubs, having worked with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in San Francisco, Miami, and Riyadh. 

Prior to joining DirectFN, Ehab served as Group CFO at a leading local conglomerate, where he successfully managed multiple businesses under the holding company. His leadership involved establishing new companies from the ground up, creating robust policies, procedures, and accounting systems to support their growth and sustainability. Ehab also has significant experience oering strategic oversight and guidance on governance, financial performance, and risk management. His deep understanding of corporate dynamics and financial regulations enables him to provide valuable input at the board level, further enhancing organizational growth and resilience. 

Ehab's depth of knowledge encompasses a broad range of competencies, including strategy formulation and implementation, corporate restructuring, operations streamlining, corporate finance, investment analysis, and ERP implementation. His hands-on approach and visionary leadership have consistently added value in optimizing business development initiatives and driving organizational success.

Ruwan is a highly experienced expert in Fintech, Finreg, and Fincon, boasting an impressive 22-year track record in the industry. He is not only well-versed in these domains but also holds a rich academic and professional background. Ruwan's educational accomplishments include an MBA in Business Administration from PIM Sri Lanka, and a first-class BSc in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Moratuwa in Sri Lanka. Moreover, he has achieved the distinction of being a passed finalist of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) UK. In addition to his academic achievements, Ruwan holds notable certifications that underscore his expertise. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), showcasing his proficiency in managing complex projects, and he also holds the designation of a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Joined DirectFN (Mubasher) shortly after inception, I held many dierent positions ranging from support, pre-sales, sales (with Mubasher Financial Servies in KSA and the Kingdom of Bahrain), business development to COO. 

With responsibilities often exceeding my role due to my exposure to all departments, solutions and company branches I strive to deliver the best service to customers as well as to DFN employees. 

French educated and graduated from EPSI – Paris as Computer Engineer, my technical background combined with my business knowledge and a positive attitude help me play a key role in DFN.

Muhammad Rafaqat Mir is the Head of Fintech at DirectFn. He has more than two decades of experience, focusing on global financial/capital markets & Fintech solutions. He plays a key role in designing, developing, and strategically aligning the flagship products at DirectFn. With a bachelor’s in computer sciences and a master’s in business administration, Rafaqat also leads the Development center in Pakistan, which focuses on diverse capital market products across multiple regions

Mr. Khattab currently heads DirectFN FinCON segment, responsible for Market Information, Market Data & Financial Content. Mr. Khattab is a Financial Markets Professional with over 18 years of experience in Financial Markets across all asset classes. 

Previously Mr. Khattab was heading the Cross Assets Specialist team in Thomson Reuters Saudi Arabia. Prior to that, he headed the Regional Technical Research team in Mubasher Financial Services. 

Mr. Khattab holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Ain Shams University, a CFTe Certification from the International Federation of Technical Analysts and an Advanced Portfolio Management Certification from the NY Institute of Finance.

Mr. Mohammed Basri has more than twenty-five years in Business Development in Information Technology and Telecommunication Industry. Mr. Mohammed is the VP of Business Development and Sales for both the Saudi and global markets. Mr. Mohammed has worked for local and international companies in ICT, Customer Experience, Managed Services, Cloud Solutions, Consultation Services, and Digital Transformation. He began with Saudi Business Machines Ltd. (SBM) and has since moved on to work for Mobily, NetApp, STC Channel, Oracle, Salam, and CCC. Mr. Mohammed has a Bachelor of Business Administration Science from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, as well as other diplomas.

He holds a BSc in Computer Information Systems, which underpins his technical acumen and strategic approach to fintech challenges.
